Thank you for choosing Werner Portraits to be your sports team photographer! We work with youth leagues and team coaches to coordinate the best picture day for you. From baseball, softball, soccer, football, basketball, drill, cheer and more, we provide a quick turnaround on quality photographs at a price you can afford.

All orders placed during your team's ordering window, will be delivered to the league / school and distributed by your coach or team parent.

ONLINE ORDERING
PICTURE DAY TIPS
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
​
Please arrive in complete uniform. Players may bring their own photo prop (bat, ball, glove) if desired.
​
Please tuck in jerseys and discard all gum and food before lining up for your picture.

BUDDY PHOTOS
​
Most of our offered items may also be purchased as a buddy photo. You can send a request for us to add your buddy photo names to the roster to order ahead of picture day, otherwise the names will be added to the roster within 24 hours following. Order the items you want as a buddy picture under the listing with both players names in the name field.
***On picture day: Please notify the photographer during your picture time that you are ordering a buddy picture. We prefer to take the buddy picture directly after the individual picture.
RAIN / WEATHER
It's Washington, so rain is part of the game. Most photo shoots will happen even in inclement weather. We use canopies to provide a dry location for pictures. Please plan to bring your own umbrellas and coats to stay dry while waiting. If needed, players should wear a zippered item over their uniform that can be removed easily and to avoid messing up hair.
In the case of heavy rain, leagues often arrange for an alternate covered location as a back-up, with pictures still being at your originally scheduled time. Your coach will notify you if there are any changes on picture day.
DELIVERY
Pictures are packaged individually, grouped by team, and delivered to your league or school representative approximately 3 weeks following your picture day. Your coach or team parent will receive them from your league or school representative and be able to distribute them at the next game or practice.

If more than one parent orders pictures of their child there will be a separate package for each parent.

To place an order after the ordering window closed for your picture day, you will need to contact us. There is an additional fee to have your pictures shipped direct to you.

REORDERS
Did you forget something or find you need more of an item? You can place an additional order online for as long as the event page is open through the link provided to you.
​
If it is after your event ordering window has closed, you will need to contact us to place your order and pay an additional fee to have your pictures shipped direct to you.
GUARANTEE
We strive for accuracy and to provide you the best possible pictures. If you find there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us directly within 14 days. We will correct the issue if possible, or refund your money.
